Territorial development

The project development is to give this neighborhood the vibrant atmospheres no one has given to it before. By preformulating the green areas of the project site, a recreational area for open-air gym, multifunctional sport fields, active leisure and passive recreation by the coastline, the project is to become a magnet of gravitational attraction for the residents of the neighborhood. Areas for designated short-term attractions will allow these zones to be flexible and dynamic - always creating new content for the citizens and its visitors. Safe for children, diverse playgrounds are to finally allow the best of experience for our smallest ones. The availability of services as daycares, bakeries and restaurants are going to further develop this area into a staying zone and not a transit zone anymore. High quality architecture will be the solutions for ageing sleeping raions; as people is willing to purchase new living rooms; this project, in their known and loved vicinity, will be the first option.
