The six-storey modern office buildings, with a two-level underground car park and a public space connecting the complex into a single whole, have been designed and developed in accordance with the international standard for sustainable buildings, BREEAM New Construction Excellent.

Business center symbolizes equality and trust in the broadest sense, so the development of this project focuses on creating a human atmosphere. In and around the business center, there will be space for everything and everyone – for intensive work and culture, young people and the elderly, entertainment and recreation.
